This is a great opportunity for a dependable detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining quality supporting their teammates and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing ResponsibilitiesEmbody and promotecompanys core values (Integrity Growth and Resilience).Run cheese mixing equipment according to the daily production schedule and product complete production records batch paperwork and quality documentation throughout the Critical Control Point (CCP) checks and record results to ensure food safety and quality requirements are with the setup changeovers and shutdown of mixing utensils equipment and work areas at the end of production to prepare for the sanitation HACCP GMP food safety and sanitation procedures at all production issues equipment concerns ingredient shortages and other operational updates to Supervisors Lead Hands and team closely with portioning and downstream production teams to ensure a continuous flow of product and prevent production production pace and keep ahead of portioning requirements to ensure product is available when opportunities to improve safety quality efficiency or waste reduction and share recommendations with a clean and organized work area by removing debris identifying hazards and following safe work handle ingredients and materials weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).Physically capable of standing for long periods working in varying temperatures and humidity levels and lifting (up to 25kgs) pushing pulling and repetitive other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational You Are:Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements. Ability to complete production records and forms accurately and legibly. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing production needs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
