As a member of the Payout Annuity team the incumbent will be responsible for the administration of defined benefit (DB) pension plans as well as managing ongoing services to plan sponsors and member requests.

What will you do

• Support our efforts to locate missing contract holders
• Process member requests and transactions
• Support sponsor and payment reconciliation activities
• Complete follow-ups related to missing member information

What do you need to succeed

• As this position is posted in several locations we specify that bilingualism (French English both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in managing high volumes of data in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational prioritization planning and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate proactively when needed
• High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
