Job Summary
You will play an important role in enabling the store to achieve its sales and customer experience objectives.
Reporting to the store manager the selected individual:
- Leads the entire back-store warehouse (shipping and handling dispatch parts handling delivery management etc.)
- Coordinates the operations of the shipping/receiving department material handlers and delivery personnel
- Ensures that the shipping and receiving of products are done efficiently and that merchandise is handled properly
- Processes customer returns and issues the corresponding credit notes.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with at least 1 year as a team leader (asset)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and delivery management software.
