Store Manager (mat leave coverage)

We are looking for a Store Managerbased out of our Guildford Town Centre location in Surrey BC.

What Youll Do

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless elevated customer experience
• Coach develop and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales service and operational goals
• Own scheduling payroll inventory management budgeting and performance planning
• Ensure the salon is clean well-stocked and beautifully merchandised to Chatters standards
• Build strong relationships with customer creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement
• Lead hiring onboarding training and ongoing development of team members
• Act as the primary leader on the floor solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business customers and team

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven success leading teams driving sales performance and managing operations
• Strong background in inventory management scheduling payroll and budgeting
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable accountable and solution-oriented leadership style
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability including days evenings and weekends
• Salon experience is considered an asset
