Youllpartner closely with customers developers and product teams to troubleshoot complex issues deliver software improvements and gain deepexpertisein electronic trading order management and financial markets. What Youll Do

• SupportEqlipseTrading customers across the AMER region by investigating issuesprovidingtechnical guidance and delivering high-quality solutions.

• Develop test andmaintainJava-based trading applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity and code quality.

• Analyze production environments perform root cause analysis and collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Work with trading protocols market data and order management workflows while buildingexpertisein electronic trading systems.

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions to support service releases integrations onboarding activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of software development experience with strong Java programming skills and working knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems in complex application environments.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Interestin financial technology electronic trading systems and working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude CodeOpencode or Kiro.

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments FIX protocol order management systems or capitalmarketstechnology.

• Experience supporting customers working with distributed systems messaging middleware or high-performance applications.
