What youll be doing

Join our Core Banking and Payments Technology team as a Sr. Full Stack Developer where youll play a crucial role in delivering robust and innovative web solutions for our clients. As a trusted technical advisor youll provide expert guidance and hands-on development across both front-end and back-end components ensuring seamless integration and high-quality deliverables. Youll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams throughout the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-release support. Leveraging your deep expertise in modern web technologies and best practices youll help drive scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Your strong technical leadership and collaborative approach will be key to successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

How youll succeed

• End-to-End Solution Delivery Lead the development process from requirements gathering and assessment through design development integration testing and implementation ensuring all deliverables meet client needs and quality standards.

• Technical Leadership Provide expert guidance on technology choices mentor team members and influence solution design to ensure best practices are followed.

• Collaboration & Communication Work closely with solution designers developers business analysts and QA teams to execute on project goals proactively managing risks and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

• DevOps & CI/CD Set up and enhance CI/CD pipelines leveraging DevOps tools and practices to streamline delivery and improve operational efficiency.

• Monitoring & Optimization Utilize observability and monitoring tools to ensure application performance conduct performance tuning and implement optimizations as needed.

Who you are

• You have strong technical expertise. You bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience with J2EE Spring Framework (Core Data Web AOP etc.) Go (Golang) React JS Oracle PL/SQL Docker/containerization OpenShift and DevOps practices including CI/CD Dynatrace Splunk and GitHub.

  Should have strong exposure to Copilot and the impact of AI on day-to-day productivity.

• Youre adaptable and innovative. You thrive in dynamic environments quickly adopting new technologies and approaches to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.

• Youre a collaborative team player. You build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders supporting successful project delivery through effective communication and teamwork.

• You have a strong analytical mindset. Youre skilled at assessing requirements troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance.

• You have the right education. You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
