About the role.
The Sr Advisor Inclusion & Belonging is a practitioner-level role within McCains Global Inclusion & Belonging and Thriving Communities Centre of Excellence. The role helps deliver enterprise programmes including the Belonging Index Sponsorship Programme ERG governance regional activation and practical tools that support inclusive leadership and culture change.
Working with Regional Champions Employee Resource Groups Plant Inclusion Committees Thriving Communities partners and HR leaders the Sr Advisor supports regional leads as they interpret global priorities within their local workforce cultural and business context across NA LATAM GB & EMENA and APACSA.
What youll be doing.
- Coordinate delivery of the Inclusion & Belonging portfolio including the Belonging Index Sponsorship Programme ERG governance Plant Inclusion Committees and regional activation.
- Serve as the primary COE connection for ERG leaders helping align ERG priorities with Inclusion & Belonging Winning Culture and McCains governance model.
- Support regional teams and Plant Inclusion Committees with tools templates guidance and activation resources that help regional leads apply global priorities in ways that fit local workforce needs.
- Develop impact storytelling and communications that connect data employee experience community impact and the Winning Culture story.
- Analyze Belonging Index programme event and participation data to identify trends measure impact and inform recommendations.
- Support change adoption by helping leaders ERG leads and regional partners embed Inclusion & Belonging into everyday leadership practices.
- Manage planning and coordination for the annual Inclusion & Belonging and wellbeing event portfolio including communications stakeholder alignment participation tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain initiative trackers quarterly reporting updates meeting materials pre-reads and follow-up summaries for COE rhythms and regional reviews.
- Monitor programme progress and flag risks resource gaps stalled activity or decisions that need escalation.
What youll need to be successful.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications Organizational Development Social Sciences Psychology Cultural or Equity Studies or a related field or equivalent experience in inclusion culture change or community-centred work.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in programme management employee experience culture communications Inclusion & Belonging or a related discipline.
- Experience designing and delivering employee programmes learning experiences or cultural activation initiatives across different workforce contexts.
- Strong programme management skills with the ability to manage priorities stakeholders milestones and follow-up in a global environment.
- Ability to use data and insights to measure programme effectiveness identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills including executive presentations employee communications toolkits and learning resources.
- Ability to build trust and influence across regions functions levels and cultures without direct authority.
- Cross-cultural competency and the ability to adapt communication and programme design for local norms languages and workforce realities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 plus working familiarity with HRIS platforms survey tools and AI-assisted tools for insight reporting and communication.
- Practical grounding in inclusion belonging psychological safety and culture change with the ability to translate concepts into tools conversations and action.

- Programme insights feedback and participation data are used to improve future priorities.
- Regional leads are supported to connect Inclusion & Belonging priorities to local activation and Winning Culture.

Compensation Package:$81600.00 -$108900.00 . CAD annually Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
