Job Summary
Job Title: Specialized IT Consultant - Intermediate
Location: Toronto Ontario
Work Model: Onsite

Description / Responsibilities / Skills
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support to HRIS clients using Footprints ticketing system
- Support applications including Quadrant Workforce MS GP BSSI HFM and Logibec MMS
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll support for healthcare employees
- Prioritize scheduled and urgent support requests
- Act as liaison between users and IT teams including DBAs system administrators and security specialists
- Identify application defects and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Follow service management processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector Experience 5 points
- 2 years experience in healthcare industry
- Knowledge of personal health information protection requirements
Technical Skills 45 points
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains 2016 and 2018
- Experience with Logibec MMS
- Experience with BSSI HFM
- Experience with OTR
- Understanding of AODA compliance
- Experience with MS Teams Excel and PowerPoint
Service Management Skills 30 points
- 5 years experience supporting remote clients
- Experience managing incidents service requests and problem tickets
- Experience using Footprints Ticketing Application
- Ability to prioritize and categorize tickets effectively
