Position: Software Developers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 1020 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real software development tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
• Build debug refactor and review code to support AI model benchmarking and improvement.
• Work independently with clearly structured responsibilities avoiding high pressure typical in internships or full-time roles.
• Utilize everyday developer tools on macOS such as VS Code Xcode Terminal Git and package managers.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor running macOS 15 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python JavaScript/TypeScript Swift Java Go.
• Comfortable with developer tools on macOS such as VS Code Xcode Terminal Git.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies or 2-3 years of relevant experience Bachelors from a prestigious institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
