Job Summary
Securitas Canada is seeking a Site Supervisorto lead security operations at a client site while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Security Guards during assigned shifts.
- Perform Security Guard duties in accordance with site procedures and company policies.
- Monitor CCTV access control and emergency systems.
- Manage access control and badge programming.
- Conduct patrols and contractor escorts as required.
- Complete digital scheduling reports and payroll documentation using WFM and other software.
- Ensure post orders are followed and respond to incidents and emergencies.
- Liaise with client representatives and escalate issues to Operations or the District Manager when required.
- Provide after-hours operational support during emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security industry.
- Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance (Canadian).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office email CCTV access control systems and digital scheduling/reporting software.
- Reliable professional organized and able to work independently.
