At Western Truck Body were looking for a dependable organized and safety-focused Shipper/Receiver to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role youll be responsible for receiving and shipping materials maintaining inventory accuracy preparing orders and supporting the overall flow of our manufacturing operations. • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pick prepare package and ship customer and internal orders accurately and on time.
• Load unload move and store materials using forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Label organize and track inventory using inventory management systems.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and work with vendors or carriers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ensure parts and materials are picked and delivered to production in a timely manner.
• Follow safe forklift operating procedures and warehouse safety standards.
• Build shipping crates and prepare products for safe transportation.
• Assist with company vehicle maintenance and general fleet organization.
• Perform seasonal property maintenance including snow removal applying ice melt and lawn care.
• Help maintain a clean organized and secure warehouse environment.
• Ensure only authorized personnel enter warehouse areas.
• Follow all company health safety and security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of shipping receiving warehouse or material handling experience.
• Valid forklift certification with at least 3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Valid drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role and lifting materials throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bondable.
