Job Description:

What Youll Do

• Support service operations across Canada by providing expertise on service systems processes and tools.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop maintain and communicate best practices quick reference guides and process documentation.
• Collaborate with branch and facility leaders to improve service performance and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data and reporting.
• Assist with reporting KPI tracking and business analysis.
• Act as a liaison between operational teams and business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.
• Support users of service-related applications and systems.
• Participate in projects from planning through implementation and follow-up.
• Build strong working relationships across departments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

• Experience supporting process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Experience working with operational systems reporting and performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Operations Supply Chain Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Experience supporting service maintenance equipment or operational environments.
• Knowledge of business systems such as ERP workforce management CRM or service management applications.
• Understanding of operational processes performance reporting and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with change management principles or related training is considered an asset.
