Senior Solutions Designer – Oracle Siebel Adobe AEM

Required Skills:

Mandatory Technical & Solution Design Requirements Candidates must demonstrate: 7 years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies. 7 years of experience with Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation. Experience developing Business Design Documents including: Functional requirements Non-functional requirements Experience developing high-level application flows to support business requirements. Experience developing Functional Design Documents. Demonstrated experience creating and updating business architecture artefacts. Experience creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs that map process steps to application views. Experience designing solutions incorporating UX and accessibility standards including WCAG/AODA. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Experience developing user personas and user journey maps. Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points. Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Experience researching and applying industry best practices. Demonstrated experience developing business/system use cases and identifying/documenting business rules. Demonstrated experience creating and performing analytical processes for Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Demonstrated experience identifying risks and providing appropriate solutions. Demonstrated experience creating QA plans and test cases. Demonstrated experience documenting test strategies test scenarios test plans and UAT plans. Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies. Demonstrated experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP). Experience developing application view visibility and CRUD matrices. Experience developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows and translating screen designs/workflows into wireframes and/or prototypes. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior Solutions Designer with 7 years of relevant solution design and implementation experience particularly within Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM environments. They should have strong experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs developing business architecture artefacts application/process flows wireframes and prototypes and supporting UAT/QA activities. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a large enterprise/public-sector environment collaborating with business and technical stakeholders and working 100% onsite Monday to Friday. Required Education:
