We are looking for a Senior Software Developerwho approaches software delivery with an AI-first and automation-first mindset. You willhelp design build test and supportGryphTechsSaaS real estate platformswhile using AI-assisted development automated testing Git-based workflows CI/CD and repeatable engineering practices to deliver faster safer and higher-quality outcomes.

WhatYoullDo

• Design develop andmaintainscalable full-stack applications and platform services with an AI-first approach to engineering productivity.

• Use AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of coding debugging refactoring documentation testing and code review.

• Create automatedunit integration regression and end-to-end tests to reduce manual effort and improve release confidence.

• Build and improve automation across CI/CD pipelines Git workflows pull requests quality gates deployments and operational support.

• Troubleshoot production issues using structured diagnostics automation observability and continuous improvement practices.

• Collaborate with product UX QA DevOps and customer-facing teams touseAI automation and platform improvementstodelivera high-quality customer experience and a stronger more valuable feature set.

What You Bring

• 7 years of professional software development experience withdemonstratedability to use AI and automation to improve delivery quality and speed.

• Strong C# .NET Core/.NET 8 MVC REST API and Entity Framework experience.

• Front-end experience with Angular React TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.

• ExpertMicrosoft SQL Serverexperience is includingdatabase design optimization performance tuningtroubleshooting andautomation of repeatable data and maintenance tasks.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD pipelines Git branching pull requests code reviews and automated quality checks.

• Strong commitment to AI-assistedsoftware engineering secure codingautomated testingmaintainability observability and continuous improvementin a professional development environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real estate technology CRM CMS website mobile application or SaaS platform environments.

• Experience mentoring developers on AI-first development habits automation opportunities testing discipline or modern engineering practices.

• Experience automating QA release management DevOps support reporting or other repeatable software delivery processes.

• MongoDB experience.
