Position Overview
The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior Software Developer CRM to design develop integrate test deploy and support enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Azure C# and JavaScript.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service including case management knowledge management Customer Service Workspace agent experience profiles session templates workstreams routing and configuration. The role requires experience with both low-code and custom development within the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
The resource will work closely with technical teams business stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications and business requirements into working tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write generate compile test debug and maintain application code.
- Design develop implement test deploy troubleshoot and document enterprise applications.
- Develop and configure solutions using Dynamics 365 Microsoft Power Platform Azure and Dataverse.
- Perform both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Develop and support custom Web APIs and applications using .NET Core C# JavaScript and Entity Framework.
- Develop and support Azure-based solutions and integrations.
- Work with Azure SQL DevOps CI/CD pipelines task boards and related development tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during software implementation conversion migration and ongoing operations.
- Conduct application impact assessments technical design walkthroughs testing debugging and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Elicit and document information from diverse business-area stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Prepare technical documentation reports reviews assessments user documentation and system documentation.
- Participate in Agile development activities including Kanban and task-board methodologies.
- Support technical quality assurance and ensure application solutions meet project requirements.
- Provide technical assistance during implementation conversion and migration activities.
- Apply structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications.
- Support accessibility requirements including awareness of AODA and related regulations and standards.

Mandatory Work Arrangement
This is a 100% onsite position.
The selected candidate must be available to work onsite at 222 Jarvis Street Toronto Ontario Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding lunch breaks.
