Job Description:

The Senior Project Planner will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects responsible for developing maintaining and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams analyzing potential risks and providing insights to drive decision-making. This individual will serve as a pivotal point of contact for project reporting and planning contributing to the efficient execution of company objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using designated planning tools.

  • Monitor project progress and performance ensuring alignment with planned milestones and project goals.

  • Analyze and identify risks delays or challenges that may impact project execution and provide recommendations for mitigation.

  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and ensure resource availability.

  • Prepare and present accurate project reports detailing progress risks and variances to stakeholders and management.

  • Continuously evaluate scheduling metrics to improve processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6 Microsoft Project).

  • Demonstrated experience in project planning within an engineering construction or manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to forecast project outcomes.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a relevant field required.

  • Certification in project planning and scheduling (e.g. PMI-SP) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning large-scale projects within a matrix organizational framework.

  • Background in risk management or control systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

  • Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Base Salary : $101772 $128825
