Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at STEMCELL! In this role you will help deliver multi-disciplinary corporate and departmental initiatives by ensuring construction/infrastructure projects are completed efficiently on time and within budget. You will support projects through every stage of the lifecycle from planning to closeout.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to apply and grow their organizational and relationship-management skills in a collaborative environment. Working closely with stakeholders across the business and experienced Senior Project Managers you will contribute to impactful business-critical construction projects while expanding your project management expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing project management support to ensure the delivery of the goals milestones and related operational activities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Team to define the project scope and resource requirements

• Coordinate engagement with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured in project documentation and taken into account during the project lifecycle

• Work with team members to identify and analyze project risks develop risk mitigation strategies and produce and control project timelines
  

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (alternatives: chemical civil or electrical engineering)

• 2-6 years of experience working on infrastructure projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in standard office tools proficiency in MS Project experience is a strong asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$72700.00 - $98300.00

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
