Senior Performance Test Engineer (NFT – JMeter & ReadyAPI)

• Minimum 10 years of experience required
  
• Strong hands-on NFT / Load Testing experience using JMeter is mandatory
  

• Design develop and maintain robust JMeter test frameworks to support large-scale performance load stress and endurance testing.
  
• Create realistic workload models and load profiles aligned with business scenarios SLAs and production traffic patterns.
  
• Execute end-to-end performance test cycles including test planning execution monitoring analysis and reporting.
  
• Identify performance bottlenecks memory leaks and system constraints through detailed analysis and root cause investigation.
  
• Leverage enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk AppDynamics and Kafka to track system behavior and diagnose performance issues across distributed systems.
  
• Collaborate with development DevOps and architecture teams to recommend performance tuning and optimization strategies.
  
• Produce comprehensive performance reports including KPIs such as response time throughput and error rate and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  
• Support CI/CD integration of performance tests to enable continuous performance validation.
  
• Ensure applications meet defined performance benchmarks scalability targets and reliability standards before production deployment.
  

• Minimum 10 years of overall QE/QA testing experience.
  
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in load testing using Apache JMeter.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in API testing using ReadyAPI.
