As a Senior Messaging Specialist in the Danaher Collaboration team youre at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts you will identify recommend and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve expand and protect our Messaging Service supporting more than 100000 mailboxes worldwide. Your experience in the messaging and collaboration industry will allow you to lead migrations and integrations related to our Messaging Service to support the growth of Danahers businesses through for example acquisitions.

This position reports to the Manager Collaboration Solutions is part of the Danaher Corporate IT team and will be Canadna remote.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the architecture deployment and maintenance ofMicrosoft Exchange Onlineand hybrid Exchange environments and manage configure and optimizeProofpointsolutions including Email Protection Threat Response TAP and DLP policies.

• Administer other messaging-related technologies such asMicrosoft Defender for Office 365 SPF/DKIM/DMARC policies and TLS configurations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in email routing delivery troubleshooting mail flow policies and message trace analysis.

• Drive and implement best practices for email retention legal hold eDiscovery and compliance in addition to developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation reporting and system administration.

• Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to junior engineers and IT support teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Long-standing experience in architecting and maintaining Microsoft messaging and collaborations solutions.

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology and 5 year minimum of work experience.

• In-depth knowledge ofemail authenticationprotocols (SPF DKIM DMARC) and secure mail gateway configurations.

• Experience withMicrosoft 365 Compliance CenterProofpoint email encryption solutions and Strong expertise inPowerShell scriptingfor Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.

The annual salary range for this role is $125000-$135000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
