Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives and support enterprise modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking payments citizen services OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom customer platforms.
• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms.
• Lead cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Support telecom infrastructure network operations 5G services and enterprise digital platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams supporting banking government and telecom operations.
• Implement security governance compliance and operational controls.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
• Drive monitoring observability and reliability improvements.
• Support continuous delivery and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience leading DevOps transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting banking systems government platforms OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom environments.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD automation and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of governance compliance and security controls.
• Experience with Kubernetes containers and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps tooling.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Cloud or DevOps certification preferred.
