Job Summary
Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst Solution Integration
Location: Ragina SK Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Duration: 6-12 months
Role Descriptions: Key responsibilities included are
Perform analysis of high-level requirements to create high-level solution designs for complex corporate projects.
Mapping requirements and identifying where high-level solutions add business value.
Perform system analysis and consulting for complex systems and integration.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE solution models and ensure business rules are defined and applied to the solution.
Align team to corporate best practices standards templates and implement business simplification where applicable.
Collaborate with business units to gather project estimates (labor hardware software application and licenses and ongoing support).
Oversee business process simplification and business process re-engineering.
Perform general project consulting throughout the SDLC (pre and post business case).
Maintain current knowledge of technical advancements (new methodologies standards guidelines and tools) as they pertain to application development and support.
Research develop document and present alternatives for business options and solutions.
Create high level and detailed business process workflows context diagrams functional design documents use cases wireframe mockups decision tables as needed to describe and/or communicate business functional and non-functional requirements.
Create a detailed Business Analysis Plan for each project assignment.
Perform as the requirement team leader to lead activities including co-ordination assignment of tasks and mentor junior resources.
Critically evaluate information gathered to determine the true needs of the business to produce high and detailed level requirements.
Perform task and workflow analysis to model current and future state of business systems and business processes.
Perform ongoing requirements management documentation and traceability between solution designs and document accordingly.
Liaison between Business Stakeholders the technical solution providers development testing and support teams.
Assist in creation of change requests with supporting analysis and alternatives.
Ensure the correct interpretation of requirements with the development and test teams via design inspections test scenarios and data.
Maintain skills and stay current with IT and/or Industry Trends.
Ensure all project documentation and knowledge transfer to customer employees is completed prior to the end of the contract term.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a Combined Senior Business Analyst and Solution-Integration Architect role. (Note: Relevant experience within the last five (5) years).
