The client envisions an experienced Scrum Master comfortable working on large-scale projects whose core competencies lie in two key areas: operational mastery of Jira and rigorous facilitation of Agile ceremonies. The description repeatedly emphasizes Jira (team leader KPI tracking quality control of the product and sprint backlogs) indicating a profile that uses the tool daily not just facilitates discussions.

Requirement

• Scrum Master experience on a large-scale project
  
• Proficiency in Agile methodology facilitation of Agile ceremonies and adherence to Agile values
  
• Proficiency in Jira as the team lead/reference person: KPI tracking backlog management and backlog quality control
  
• Team facilitation positive leadership and sustained collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
  
• Contribution to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog ensuring alignment between the sprint backlog and product backlog
  
• Support to the Project Manager and Application Delivery Lead in team coordination and management
  

ASSET / ADVANTAGEOUS

• Coordination of business deliverables and application/IT deliverables
  
• Supervision of business and IT resources on a project
  
• Identification of issues and risks in support of the Project Manager with recommended solutions
  
• Alignment and coordination with business and IT integrators between target architecture and design/implementation activities
