What Youll Be Doing
- Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
- Prepare and maintain shipping receiving and billing documentation.
- Provide professional customer service to drivers customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry spreadsheet management and reporting as needed.

- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale dispatch and administrative software.

Work Environment
- Temporary position based in Calgary Alberta with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary. Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane Alberta.
- Reliable transportation is required. Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations.
- Fast-paced office environment within an active aggregate operation.
- Regular interaction with drivers customers and site personnel.
- Work may require sitting for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the site.
- Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.
