Description

This is a senior-level Business Analyst role focused on strategic planning stakeholder engagement governance requirements management and business transformation ensuring that technology solutions effectively support organizational goals and operational improvements.

Must Have:

• Extensive experience providing business analysis services for complex I&IT initiatives with diverse business and technology stakeholders.
• Expertise eliciting analyzing documenting validating prioritizing and managing business functional non-functional process and data requirements.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering activities using techniques such as interviews workshops focus groups and stakeholder consultations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex business problems opportunities risks and strategic objectives.
• Experience conducting current-state and future-state analysis and identifying opportunities for business process improvement and service modernization.
• Proven ability to identify analyze document and manage risks issues assumptions dependencies constraints and mitigation strategies.
• Experience ensuring compliance with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture standards system development methodologies and project gating requirements.
• Proven ability to facilitate business technical and executive stakeholders through complex discussions competing priorities and decision-making processes.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Azure DevOps and business modelling tools.
