- Must have experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory.
- Must have technical skills to investigate and resolve common issues related to Blue Prism.

- Ability to utilize critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up new virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines.
- Identify issues and provide fixes.
- Work closely with Product Owners Project Managers and other RBC teams to manage dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore teams.
- Operate in a highly regulated change-controlled environment where attention to detail is critical.
- Balance and prioritize workload while assisting other team members as needed.
- Maintain and create support knowledge base documentation.
- Participate in team meetings.
