Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Care (DOC) as an RN and a member of our nursing team you will providecare to residents in accordance with the standards of practice and offer leadership and guidance to thenursing andpersonal care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providerstodevelop implement review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership tonursing andpersonal care staff by planning directing supervising and evaluating their work.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with provincial College of Nursesas a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassion professionalism and respect.
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation Details

As per the Collective Agreement $36.06 - $54.59 per hour
