Were looking for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing build resilience and move towards the future they want.

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator youll work alongside people to understand their goals navigate challenges and identify opportunities that support positive change. Through compassionate support evidence-based interventions and meaningful relationships youll empower individuals to make informed choices and achieve outcomes that matter to them.
By helping people move forward youll contribute to healthier communities stronger support networks and lives transformed through recovery.

Youll build trusted relationships with people accessing our services helping them identify their strengths develop confidence and take positive steps towards their goals. No two journeys are the same which means no two days are the same. Youll have the opportunity to tailor support to each individuals circumstances aspirations and priorities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations youll support people through assessment recovery planning risk management and ongoing engagement. Whether helping someone improve their health and wellbeing reconnect with family and community access education employment or training opportunities or build stronger support networks youll play an important part in helping people realise their potential.
Youll also work closely with health professionals social care colleagues housing providers criminal justice partners and community organisations to ensure people can access the wider support and opportunities that contribute to sustainable recovery.
Most importantly youll be part of a service that focuses on peoples strengths celebrates progress and helps individuals believe in what is possible for their future.

Location: Croydon
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent
Allowances: Outer London Weighting pro rata
Please note:
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Were looking for someone who combines professional curiosity resilience and compassion with a genuine commitment to improving lives.
You may already have experience within substance use services mental health social care criminal justice housing or other community-based support environments.
Youll bring:
- Experience supporting people facing complex challenges
- An understanding of recovery behaviour change and harm reduction principles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of safeguarding professional boundaries and risk management
- Effective organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
- A commitment to equality inclusion and person-centred practice
