We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team at Pfaff Subaru - a dealership that has been recognized as a Best Dealership to Work for 4 consecutive years!

You will report to the Sales Manager and work with the team onsite within the dealership. This is a seasonal part-time position.

What Youll Do

• Greet customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the respective parties.
• Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
• Answer customer questions about services performed or refers them to someone who can.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What Youll Bring

• 1 years of experience in a receptionist administrative dealership or related role.
• Experience with licensing CDK and 180 is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Acceptable drivers abstract and a valid drivers license in your province of residence.

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Onsite the dealership in Guelph Ontario

Position Availability: This is an additional role

Schedule: Times vary part-time seasonal hours

Compensation: $19.57/hour
