This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of Aritzias rapid growth partnering closely with the senior leaders driving our expansion and helping shape the future of the business.As amember of theReal Estate Development (RED) Enablement team you willbe responsibleformaximizing the effectiveness ofthe divisionby ensuring disciplined focus on the work that matters most.TheSeniorManager/ManagerReal Estate Development Enablementis a strategic partner accountable for amplifying the impact effectiveness and decision qualityin support of the Executive Vice President RED. Operating as an extension of the EVP this role brings rigor and clarity to prioritiesand ways of workingensuring executive focus is directed toward the highestvalueoutcomes. Through quality assurance and followthrough theSr Manager /ManagerREDEnablementfacilitatesfaster better decisionmaking and stronger execution. Grounded in Aritziasproven ways of working thisroleleadsimprovement efforts and EVPsponsored initiatives that strengthen the Divisions performance alignment and longterm scalability.
THE ROLE
AstheSr Manager/Manager Real Estate Development Enablementyou will:
Orchestrate the EVP REDs commitments decisions and prioritieskeeping executive time and attention focused on the highestimpact work.
Uphold Aritzia standards across all EVP RED materials while translating executive direction into clear outcomes aligned actions and disciplined followthrough.
Drive continuous operational improvement across Real Estate Development to increase effectiveness reduce friction and strengthen decision quality.
LeadEVP REDsponsored initiatives endtoendfromstrategythrough execution outcomes realized and learnings embedded.
Own and elevate EVP RED communications and executive engagements to ensure clarity cohesion and impact.

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is$100000-$300000per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range. With comprehensive benefits aspirational workspaces and elevatedperksand experiences we provide it all.
