Together we are Building A Better the Role:The Quality Technician will support customer launch programs by working closely with Advanced Quality Engineers and the Quality team to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards. This role is responsible for inspection planning quality documentation measurement and analysis activities training inspectors supporting problem-solving efforts and assisting with production launch readiness. The Quality Technician plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives and the successful introduction of new products into You Need To Be Successful:3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly or quality-related attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality preparing inspection plans work instructions and quality to measure analyze and evaluate product quality of quality problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys 8D and Fishbone understanding of ISO 9001 and/or IATF/ISO TS 16949 quality management in Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency and strong mathematical organizational skills and ability to manage multiple to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional launch Points If You Have:Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification or a desire to obtain manufacturing or assembly of module products tooling equipment operation and error-proofing supporting product launches and launch readiness with measurement system analysis (MSA) and quality verification maintaining quality records databases procedures and in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause :High school diploma or equivalent training quality coursework or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification combination of education and relevant quality experience will be :Minimal travel required.
