Distribution Clerk (Entry Level): Part-Time (around 15-20 hours per week based on business needs) - Available Weekdays & Statutory Holidays) to join our team!

As a DISTRIBUTION CLERK your responsibilities are to:

Distribution Process

1. Ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at both Greenfield Produce (GFD) and at its suppliers for business operations.
2. Fulfil and manage the distribution of all store orders in a timely manner.
3. Ensure proper cost selling prices and margins at GFD and proper cost to Kins Farm Market stores and affiliates from all the vendors of GFD.
4. All the products must be correctly allocated to the proper store from the right vendor and the right quantities and price with the right labels at the right time.
5. Track daily/weekly inventory requirements to meet sales targets ads store booking and orders.
6. Review store orders for peculiarities bringing forth concerns before finalization of orders.
7. Perform the confirmation of all the purchase orders.
8. Coordinate product allocation of special events such as marketing donations etc.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary Education.
• Work a flexible schedule.
• Well organized with fine attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and prioritizing skills.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly and cheerful manner.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
