Your place in our story

As a Service Coordinator youll deliver exceptional customer service and operational support for your assigned property. Youll ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs respond to resident inquiries promptly and help maintain accurate records in Yardi. This role is key to creating a positive resident experience while supporting property operations compliance.

Heres how youll contribute

  • Prepare key packages and coordinate smooth move-ins/move-outs including elevator bookings

  • Maintain resident database and parking logs; issue visitor passes

  • Process cash receipts/deposits; prepare resident accounts receivable reports and collections

  • Complete forms required under Residential Tenancies Act (claims rent increases evictions)

  • Respond to resident inquiries related to leases and service requests in a courteous timely manner

  • Notify utility companies of occupancy changes; approve vacant suite invoices

  • Prepare communications for residents (e.g. repairs events management updates)

  • Create renewal listings for revenue review; issue renewal notices as directed

  • Record updates in Yardi ERP system

  • Coordinate contractor and staff access with proper notice; liaise with maintenance teams

  • Assign scheduled maintenance to personnel and address issues proactively

  • Comply with Health & Safety standards WHMIS AODA PIPEDA and Human Rights regulations

  • Perform additional duties aligned with the role as requested

  • College diploma or equivalent experience preferred

  • 2 years in a busy client-facing environment

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to problem-solve and influence without authority

  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and lease agreements (asset)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset

  • High attention to detail judgment and initiative

Hiring pay range rate: $50000 - $55000
