• Lead restoration projects from start to finish ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients subtrades adjusters and insurance companies.
• Manage claims inspections and work orders with precision and detail.
• Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

• 3 years of experience in restoration including insurance-related projects.
• WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
• Strong technical skills with industry tools (DASH Xactimate XactAnalysis Docusketch Encircle Symbility CoreLogic Microsoft Office).
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
• Valid drivers license and a clean criminal record.
• Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
