Project Manager Construction

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and civil construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong safety budget and schedule performance.

What Youll Do

• Lead all phases of civil construction projects ensuring work is completed safely on schedule within budget and to quality standards.
  
• Develop project execution strategies schedules and cost forecasts
  
• Manage project financials including budgets forecasting change management and cost controls.
  
• Coordinate with clients consultants engineers and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while capitalizing on opportunities to improve project performance.
  
• Prepare regular reports on project status financial performance schedule and safety metrics.
  
• Lead project closeout activities including final documentation commissioning and turnover.
  
• Coordinate design development to support project schedules and construction requirements.
  
• Monitor design quality constructability and regulatory compliance.
  
• Facilitate communication among design consultants owners and construction teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Support quality assurance processes throughout design and construction.
  

What you need to do now:

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline. 810 years of progressively responsible experience managing civil or infrastructure construction projects. Thorough understanding of construction contracts building codes specifications scheduling and project controls. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management and scheduling software. Ability to build productive relationships with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree or diploma in engineering construction management or a related field.
