Project Coordinator Operations

• Support Project Managers in coordinating multiple active restoration projects
• Manage scheduling job updates and workflow tracking
• Maintain complete and accurate job documentation including notes and communications
• Communicate with customers insurance adjusters and subcontractors
• Track timelines key milestones and job costs
• Identify issues early and escalate as needed
• Provide administrative and operational support across a high-volume workload

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Proactive and accountable follows tasks through to completion
• Experience in construction restoration insurance or coordination roles is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems

• Experience in restoration construction or insurance workflows
• Familiarity with job management systems (e.g. Encircle Dash XactAnalysis Symbility)
• Experience supporting high-volume project teams
• Strong documentation and file management discipline
