Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Coordinator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to Project Director the incumbent supports project planning forecasting cost control scheduling progress measurement change management and project reporting. The role works closely with Project Managers Planners Site Teams and Commercial teams to provide accurate project performance information and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is primarily project-based in SK and follows either a 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off rotation schedule with flights and accommodations provided.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

  • Maintainproject control structures including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) work packages control accounts and cost breakdown structures
  • Establish and manageproject cost control baselines and budgets
  • Monitorproject costs installed quantities progress and earned value metrics
  • Prepare and analyzecost reports forecasts variances EACs ETCs KPIs and performance indices
  • Managecritical path schedules and identify schedule risks or delays
  • Support change management claims analysis and schedule impact assessments
  • Coordinatewith quantity surveyors field teams and project leadership to validate progress and performance reporting
  • Assistproject teams in implementing standard project controls processes and procedures
  • Contributeto dashboard creation project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Completefield walkdowns and verifications for estimating and billing

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Accounting or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience: 3 of Industrial construction or project controls experience in disciplines such as cost control scheduling planning forecasting and document management. Experience in pipeline is preferred

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of PowerBi and Primavera P6 scheduling is an asset.

  • Core Competencies: Understanding of cost control and forecasting - Earned Value Management (EVMS) - Change management - Scheduling and critical path analysis - Progress measurement and reporting
