Job Summary
Program Coordinator (Project Planning Reporting & JIRA)

What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $27-32 based on experience.
16-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate program activities and project deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans timelines and status reports.
Prepare presentations reports and executive updates.
Monitor program progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Conduct analysis related to resource requirements and program feasibility.
Support meetings action item tracking and follow-up activities.
Maintain project documentation and program records.
Coordinate and support non-IT programs.
Track program milestones.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Assess resource needs.
Assist with program execution and delivery.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred but not required.
0-2 years of experience in program management project coordination business operations or a related field.
Experience in program coordination project support business operations reporting stakeholder management and process improvement.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel PowerPoint Word and Visio.
Program and project coordination planning and reporting experience.
Experience with JIRA ticketing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting business programs within a corporate environment is considered an asset.
Knowledge of resource planning business process improvement and strategic planning is considered an asset.
