Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Production Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will ensure production stability operational excellence and service reliability across critical enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support production reliability across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking payments citizen services OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom customer applications.
• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities.
• Support telecom operations network services and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Implement automation to reduce manual operational effort.
• Monitor application performance capacity and service-level objectives.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance security and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Reliability Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom platforms.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.
• Experience with monitoring observability and performance management tools.
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting technologies.
• Understanding of governance compliance and security requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
• SRE Cloud or DevOps certification preferred.
