Location: WinnipegStatus: Full-timeReports to: Production ManagerPosition SummaryReporting to the Production Manager the Production Supervisor Beverage Lines is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations ensuring safety quality and productivity across the beverage lines. This role plays a key part in setting up processes equipment and machinery while driving operational efficiency and continuous ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong organizational problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. They lead by example demonstrating a positive cando approach and act as a coach to support the development and performance of their team. The Production Supervisor identifies opportunities to enhance workflows implements improvements and supports evolving business needs throughout the ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production operations and beverage line activities to meet safety quality and productivity targets; review and ensure timely submission of all production equipment setup troubleshooting and adjustments to meet critical production parameters (e.g. seams dissolved oxygen fill levels).Oversee oil mixing blending cellaring and packaging processes ensuring all procedures are executed and documented with R&D Engineering Maintenance and Quality teams to support trials resolve process issues enhance efficiency and optimize equipment the development and improvement of SOPs testing methods and operational accurate tracking of production data raw materials inventory and bin locations; enter required information into the ERP coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to meet production goals while maintaining strong communication with employees and employees on equipment processes and safety/quality standards to ensure consistent and compliant in recruitment onboarding and development of new team personnel performance including coaching progressive discipline performance documentation staffing support and time/attendance oversight (in consultation with the Manager).Champion safety food safety waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across the proper operation cleaning sanitization and basic maintenance of all packaging equipment tanks hoses homogenizers mixers and related production collaboratively with department leaders to support broader business objectives and drive a culture of continuous :Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production leadership ability with demonstrated experience motivating training and developing in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and ERP systems preferably Microsoft to safety quality accountability and continuous 4 years of practical previous experience in a beverages/ canning line/ brewery manufacturing production environment Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering Food Science Chemistry or Biochemistry is aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment is an verbal and written communication -solving and critical-thinking skills.
