About the Role:
We are seeking a Processing Analyst to join our Member Services team responsible for executing key operational tasks that support the integrity and efficiency of pension delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that member employment and personal information is accurate and complete required documentation is received and reviewed and communications are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:
- Process and update member data including demographic changes employment status and personal information ensuring accuracy and completeness in the pension administration system.
- Support pension administration transactions including enrolments compliance activities and leaves of absence.
- Investigate and follow up on missing or inactive members using internal tools and available resources coordinating escalations as needed.
- Receive sort and process incoming mail printed materials folders documents and cheques.
- Review and validate incoming documentation to ensure completeness legibility and alignment with plan requirements.
- Draft and send clear professional correspondence to members or third parties to resolve outstanding documentation issues gather missing information or clarify submissions.
- Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure required documents are collected reviewed and uploaded
- Assist in updating standard operating procedures and internal job aids as processes evolve.
To Succeed You Bring:
- Post secondary education in business administration finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience working within financial services pension administration public sector pension administration or a related service environment.
- Strong attention to detail excellent analytical skills time management skills and a mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication teamwork and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to pivot.
- Proficiency with Excel and a technical aptitude.
- Understanding of pension administration systems pension plan tests and applicable legislation is considered an asset.
- CEBS or PPAC Certification is considered an asset.
The target hiring salary for this position is $57800.00-$68000.00. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity market conditions and the candidates experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
