- Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills
- Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
- Repair water conditioning drinking water and related equipment
- Install new water treatment systems
- Educate customers on system use and care
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
- Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
- Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work
