Job Title: Platform Reliability Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform stability performance automation and reliability across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and support platform reliability solutions across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems citizen services OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom customer platforms.
• Build and maintain monitoring observability and platform health solutions.
• Support Kubernetes cloud-native platforms and enterprise platform services.
• Implement automation and reliability engineering practices.
• Support telecom network services 5G platforms and digital infrastructure environments.
• Conduct performance analysis capacity planning and resiliency testing.
• Collaborate with platform infrastructure and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security governance and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Platform Reliability Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms OSS/BSS billing charging or customer-facing systems.
• Strong experience with observability monitoring and platform operations.
• Experience supporting cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Experience with automation scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of governance compliance and security requirements.
• Experience with Kubernetes and platform engineering concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Cloud or SRE certification preferred.
