Personal Support Worker

Reliable Staffing is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) / Travel Nurses to support healthcare facilities and clients across various locations.

Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Location: Varied locations
Schedule: Flexible shifts including days evenings nights & weekends

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients/residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health and behaviour.
• Assist with medication reminders and other care-related duties as permitted.
• Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow individual care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses healthcare professionals and facility staff.
• Provide respectful patient-centred care at all times.

• PSW certificate or relevant healthcare qualification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare long-term care or community-care setting is an asset.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable compassionate and professional attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different work locations.
