Performance Testing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Testing Specialist with strong expertise in performance engineering load testing and cloud-based application testing. The ideal candidate will have experience validating application performance identifying bottlenecks and supporting performance optimization initiatives.

What youll do
Plan design and execute performance load stress and scalability testing activities
Develop and maintain performance test plans scripts dashboards and reports
Analyze test results and identify application database and infrastructure bottlenecks
Collaborate with development QA DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve system performance
Validate application performance against SLAs and non-functional requirements
Support performance tuning initiatives and provide actionable recommendations
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and testing outcomes

What you bring
6 8 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter LoadRunner Gatling or similar testing tools
Expertise in performance test planning execution analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of application architecture performance metrics and bottleneck analysis
Experience working with enterprise applications and distributed systems
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to have
Experience testing cloud-based applications on AWS Azure or GCP
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration
Familiarity with APM tools log analysis system monitoring and database performance tuning
Experience working in Agile development environments
