In this role you will help keep our payroll and HRIS operations running smoothly while ensuring employees across Canada and the U.S. are paid accurately and on time. You will manage biweekly payroll processes in compliance with applicable legislation guidelines and company Role: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Payroll and respond to payroll-related inquiries through shared payroll employees and managers with payroll-related questions and escalate complex issues as payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and payroll processing activities including data entry and transaction payroll records and ensure documentation is complete and with year-end payroll activities and reporting time and attendance audits and follow up on outstanding payroll reports and distribute to internal payroll processes procedures and work with HR Benefits and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related special payroll projects and ad hoc confidentiality of employee and payroll information at all Responsibilities during HCM ImplementationPerform data validation between legacy and new HCM/payroll with user acceptance testing (UAT) employee master data for completeness and and document payroll issues identified during testing payroll process mapping and workflow Person: High School Diploma required College Diploma in Business is designation preferred or currently enrolled 1 year of experience in US and Canadian Payroll and HRIS Systems (Dayforce preferred).
