Partner Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Tipalti is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner growth across our partner this role youll develop and execute co-marketing programs with our strategic partners manage our Market Development Funds (MDF) program and lead campaigns and events that generate measurable pipeline.

Success in this role means turning strong partner relationships into repeatable revenue through thoughtful planning flawless execution and close collaboration with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams. Youll own programs from strategy through execution measure performance and continuously optimize for impact.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing.

Founded in Israel in 2010 Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv Plano Toronto Vancouver London Amsterdam Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Own partner activation programs for Tipaltis strategic partners driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing initiatives.
• Build annual joint marketing plans with key partners aligning on business goals campaign calendars and investment.
• Manage Tipaltis Market Development Funds (MDF) program including planning approvals budget management execution and ROI reporting.
• Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns
• Lead joint webinars end-to-end including content development speaker coordination promotion execution and follow-up.
• Plan and execute partner events including executive dinners regional events and partner activities at industry conferences.
• Build strong relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute joint initiatives.
• Partner with Alliances leadership to prioritize investments across the highest-value partners and align marketing efforts to revenue goals.
• Track program performance and report on partner-sourced partner-influenced and campaign pipeline.

About you

• 5 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS FinTech or enterprise technology.
• 2 years of experience in SaaS FinTech financial services or a related industry.
• Experience working with ERP accounting finance or financial operations solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear concise communication style.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows to multiply output across campaigns content research and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment with an ownership mentality.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Unique aspects of this role

Travel:

• Moderate overnight travel anticipated (10-20%)

Schedule:

• Normal workweek business hours within geographic location and time zone.
• May require flexibility to coordinate schedules across time zones with internal teams and external customers and contacts.

Base Salary Range: $91000 - $113000 CAD annually.

Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results individual performance and relative contribution as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.

Expected Total Compensation: $100100 - $124300 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission).

The compensation information above reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience skills qualifications and other job-relevant factors.
