Know your area and enjoy helping others get better at it As our NightfillSpecialist youll put your experience to work on the floor taking the lead on key routines in your area and helping the team deliver for customers every day.

Youll spot and solve issues as they happen keep a close eye on standards safety and compliance and share what you know through practical in-the-moment coaching. You wont have direct reports but youll have the opportunity to build your influence broaden your store experience and help others perform at their best.

Nightfill Specialist: Youll help lead the nightly fill setting priorities across deliveries and aisles so the team can work safely and efficiently and leave the store ready for tomorrow.

Expected Working Hours: 2pm - 11pm working every second weekend

• Experience working in retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
• A passion for great customer service and putting customers at the heart of what you do
• A team-first approach with the confidence to coach support and share your knowledge with others
• Ability to manage priorities meet deadlines and keep things running smoothly
• Confidence working with operational targets and KPIs
• A commitment to creating a safe environment with a focus on food safety compliance health and wellbeing
