Marketing Supervisor

Position Summary

The Marketing Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the marketing department and provides direct supervisiontothe Marketing Assistant. The roleis responsible forplanning executing and evaluating marketing initiatives across the family of companies while ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mentor and develop the Marketingstaff.

Develop and manage multi-brand marketing strategies and campaign calendars.

Oversee digital advertising social media content marketing email marketing SEO and PPC campaigns.

Coordinate projects with graphic design web development photography videography and external vendors.

Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI (return of investment).

Analyze campaign performance and present reports to leadership.

Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all companies and marketing channels.

Support executive leadership with strategic recommendations and special projects.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships and represent the marketing department in meetings.

Required Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Marketing Business Communications Advertising ora relatedfield.

3-5 years of progressive marketing experience.

Minimum 2 years of leadership supervisory or project management experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms analytics and advertising tools.

Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.

Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.

Experience managing multiple brands or business units.

Google Ads or Analytics certifications.

Photography and videography experience.

Bilingual English/French considered an asset.

Compensation

Recommended salary range: $60000 - $75000 annuallycommensuratewith experience and qualifications.
