THE TEAM

The mission of the Marketing Integration Department is to unify and operationalize Marketing by connecting teams aligning strategy to execution and driving clarity across priorities processes and projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Marketing Integration team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of Marketing projects ensuring seamless planning execution and delivery in alignment with business your valuable contribution to the business in this role the opportunities are endless from a rewarding career in Marketing Integration to continued growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager Marketing Projects Marketing Integration you will lead the team to:

• Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Drive the prioritization of Marketing projects by evaluating business needs resources and strategic impact to focus the team on the work that matters most
• Manage the end-to-end execution of Marketing projects bringing structure clarity and momentum to deliver work seamlessly across teams
• Enhance the tools resources and ways of working that enable Marketing teams to collaborate effectively and execute with confidence
• Champion seamless integration between Marketing and cross-functional partners by identifying impacts aligning stakeholders and keeping priorities moving forward

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager Marketing Projects Marketing Integration has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in Project Management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000-$300000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
