Theres a lot happening at Magna Mining and were looking for an experienced Manager Investor Relations to join us as we continue to grow!

In this highly visible role youll lead the execution of Magnas investor relations program and build strong relationships with shareholders analysts prospective investors and the broader financial community. Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business youll help communicate Magnas strategy operations performance and growth story to the market.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll have the opportunity to:
  • Manage relationships and communications with current and prospective investors analysts shareholders and other financial stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Magna Minings strategy operations financial performance and investment proposition to effectively communicate the Companys story.
  • Lead and participate in investor meetings mine tours roadshows conferences and other engagement activities.
  • Support senior executives with investor presentations briefing materials key messages anticipated questions and meeting preparation.
  • Manage investor inquiries and ensure communications are timely professional and consistent with public disclosure.
  • Monitor shareholder trends analyst research peer activity market sentiment and relevant mining and capital markets developments.
  • Maintain an understanding of the Companys shareholder base and identify investor targeting and engagement opportunities.
  • Provide senior leadership and the Board with reporting and insights on investor feedback market activity and shareholder trends.
  • Support the Companys investor communications strategy and positioning of its investment proposition.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of investor presentations fact sheets corporate materials website content and other investor-facing communications.
  • Support press releases and disclosure materials ensuring communications are accurate and consistent with corporate messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across external communications and promotional materials.
  • Lead the planning and execution of investor conferences roadshows shareholder meetings PDAC mine tours and other capital markets events.
  • Coordinate investor meeting programs executive travel event logistics vendors promotional materials and schedules.
  • Maintain IR databases investor records engagement history reporting systems and processes.
  • Manage IR vendors contracts budgets invoices and external service providers.
  • Oversee general corporate inquiries and prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and the Board.


Requirements
Who Were Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
  • Have post-secondary education in Business Finance Communications Mining or a related field.
  • Bring 5 years of progressive experience in investor relations capital markets or a related field.
  • Understand public companies capital markets financial reporting and continuous disclosure.
  • Can understand operational and financial information and translate it into clear concise investor messaging.
  • Bring strong written verbal presentation and relationship-management skills.
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities deadlines events and stakeholders.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
  • Are entrepreneurial adaptable and comfortable working in a growing organization where responsibilities may evolve with the business.
  • Can work independently and perform effectively in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
